Although setting up a company in Thailand needs to be at the forefront of your mind, you can’t overlook the importance of settling your living arrangements first. Regardless of whether or not you have a family, finding somewhere to live in a brand new country can be a nightmare if you don’t do the proper research. No matter what type of business you are attempting to run, Thai company registration laws apply to you and vary depending on your type of business. For example, you may think that a foreign investor can easily and legally open a restaurant in Thailand.
