Requirement

-Age of 50 years or older
-Thai bank account of 800,000 THB(Put in Thai bank 3 months before applying) or monthly income of 65,000 THB(show pension or income) or combination of both.

In your case we have 2 options for you.

Option A.  If you now stay outside Thailand.

Step1.We will send an invitation letter with our company documents to your address in your country and you will have to go to apply for a non-immigrant visa at the Thai embassy near your hometown, this process will take 2 business days.

Step 2.When you enter Thailand our lawyer will accompany you to go to the immigration office with our documents to apply for a one-year retirement visa. This process will take approx 1 day.

Financial Requirement

1.Bank account showing THB 800,000 or

2.Monthly income of at least THB 65,000

3.Combination (bank account + monthly income x 12 = 800,000)

Or option B If you are in Thailand

Step 1.You have to enter Thailand with a tourist visa.

Step 2. When you enter Thailand our staff will accompany you to go to the immigration office to change the class of visa from tourist visa to a non-immigrant visa , which will extend your visa for 3 months. This process will take 30 mins.

Step 3.After 2 months you have to go to the immigration office again to apply for a year retirement visa. This process will take 30 mins.
